What We Look For
We are most interested in small to mid-sized residential opportunities within our regions. The criteria below are a guide, not a rule — if your site sits outside them but you think it might suit us, please still get in touch.
Location
Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and the South West London fringe.
Size
Sites suitable for between five and fifty homes.
Status
With planning, allocated, promoted, or with credible prospects.
We don't look at single plots, large strategic sites, or land outside the South East. Everything else is worth a conversation.
Process
How We Work
An initial conversation is informal and without obligation. We will tell you quickly whether a site is for us, and we keep things confidential as a matter of course.

Things Landowners Ask
Yes. We are happy to consider sites with planning, with allocation, under promotion, or with credible prospects. If you think there is a sensible case for housing, we would like to hear about it.
We do, where an agent or introducer brings us a site that proceeds to a transaction. Terms are agreed in writing at the outset so everyone is clear.
We read every enquiry. You will normally get a response within a few working days, and a clear yes or no on whether we want to take it further within two weeks of seeing the details.
Always. We treat early-stage conversations with landowners and agents in confidence as a matter of course, and are happy to sign an NDA if it helps.
